Many of the properties worth having are never advertised. The reasons are ordinary: a sale that should not unsettle a family, a tenant or a business; a property that would lose value after months on public display. They change hands quietly instead, through the people who know them.
Tell me what you are looking for. Your request is read against the properties currently entrusted to Silent Sale, and against what I know of through other advisors.
Where there is a possible match, the first thing you receive is a description without the address — enough to tell whether it interests you. If it does, a confidentiality agreement is signed, as is standard on off-market instructions, and the full details follow.
